PAYMENT:
Cards accepted: Visa, Master Card, Switch, Delta, Solo
Information required (credit card):
1) Number & Expiry date 2) Cardholder’s address, 3) Delivery address if different, 4) Full name as shown on card 5) 3 digit security code
Information required (debit card) – As above plus
1) Start date and/or issue number

Notes for card orders:
1) After your first card order we can process further orders without the need to supply card details again. Please see 6).
2) You will only be charged for items in stock and only on day of despatch.
3) You can pre order any title prior to release date with charge only made on day of despatch.
4) Minimum £5.00 on all card orders unless despatched as part of a larger order. 50p surcharge on orders under £5.00.
5) Receipts will be enclosed with all card transactions.
6) To avoid delays, please inform us immediately if your card number/expiration date has changed.

Cheque/Postal orders:
1) All payments to ‘Destiny Records’ or ‘S Callaghan’
2) Minimum £5.00. No exceptions.
3) Please allow 7 days for cheque clearance.

VAT:
All prices include UK VAT at 17.5%. Non EU customers will have VAT deducted at point of charging.

E MAIL CATALOGUE/UPDATES:
If you would like to receive your monthly catalogue by e mail just send us an e mail to destiny.records@ntlworld.com stating: ‘ E MAIL CATALOGUE PLEASE’ and we will add you to the list. You will also receive stock updates and other offers.

PRICING:
Due to fluctuating exchange rates (particularly the EURO!) and price increases, we reserve the right to alter prices without prior notice. However, your agreement will be sought before any charge is made to your card.

RELEASE DATES:
All release dates are correct at time of going to press but are notoriously subject to change. Please phone/e mail to confirm if unsure.

DELIVERY TIMES:
Stock items: within 5 working days. Out of stock items: Please allow 30 days for delivery (Euro/USA) and 60 days from other territories.

NON DELIVERY:
Destiny Records obtains a proof of posting for all parcels and cannot accept responsibility for non-delivery. However, assistance will be given with all claims. These can take up to 6 weeks. Please ensure your postal address details are 100% accurate. Report discrepancies if not.

FAULTS/DAMAGES:
All faults/damages must be reported within 7 days of receipt. Replacements will be despatched on receipt of original.

BACK CATALOGUE:
Destiny Records has access to 10’s of 1000’s of back catalogue CD’s, DVD’s and Video’s and, through our world-wide, daily updated databases can find almost anything still in print and at the best possible price.
If you are looking for more than 2 or 3 items then please send your list by e mail or letter (see Enquiries) and we will endeavour to get back to you as soon as possible. Nothing will be ordered without your confirmation.

SPECIAL ORDERS/JAPANESE CD’S
Due to the increasing number of cancellations, full payment will have to be made in advance by card, cheque or postal order for all special and Japanese orders as these cannot be cancelled (our suppliers policy, not ours) once placed.

ENQUIRIES:
All written enquiry’s must come with an SAE unless by e mail.

CANCELLATIONS/RETURNS:
You may cancel your order within 7 days of receipt of goods. Any goods being returned must be in a saleable condition (as supplied) and postage costs must be borne by you. Sealed items cannot be returned once opened and we will not accept them.
